TERMS AND CONDITIONS WestCoastCooler.com PROMOTIONS

The Irish Distillers Ltd “West Coast Cooler Website” promotions (the “promotion”) are open to residents of the Republic of Ireland, who have a legitimate and active Facebook and/or Instagram profile and are over the age of 18. The Promotion is only offered and promoted where the following are legal: the Promotion itself, the prizes and alcoholic beverage sales, promotion, advertising and sponsorship. Employees of Irish Distillers Ltd or any of their subsidiary or affiliated companies, as well as the immediate family and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter.

The promotion is sponsored by Irish Distillers Ltd (the “sponsor”) and is administered by CKSK (the “administrator”). The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to the administrator.

“Participants” in the promotion includes the sponsor, the administrator, and all entrants.

By entering the promotion, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules and (b) the sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

The competition is open from 5/09/2016 until 14/10/2016.

Entry to the competition is via Facebook, Instagram and the mobile landing page on www.WestCoastCooler.ie

On Facebook, visit www.facebook.com/WestCoastCoolerand upload a selfie on the West Coast Cooler page with #ThisIsMe to be entered into the prize draw.

On Instagram, take a selfie, tag @westcoastcooler and use #ThisIsMe to be entered into the prize draw.

On the mobile www.WestCoastCooler.ie, the participant must select the option to take a photo on the page, apply a West Coast Cooler filter and add #ThisIsMe. The user will then be prompted to enter their email and submit their selfie into the competition draw and to download their photo so that they can share on social.

Competition winners will be chosen at random from entries. A person can enter the competition as many times as they like. The winner’s entry shall be used as content on www.WestCoastCooler.ie and its social channels. Photos submitted on www.WestCoastCooler.ie may be posted on the West Coast Cooler’s social pages as part of the #ThisIsMe promotion. All entries will be judged on the entrant’s skill and creativity in taking original photos. The winner will be informed (using the details submitted at time of entry into the promotion) as soon as practical after the winners are chosen. If a winner is not contactable or does not respond to attempts to notify them within 48 hours, the Promoter will disqualify that winner and contact a reserve entrant.

There are 8 prizes. Each is a voucher / prize up to the value of €100 for:

Fashion Outlets, Beauty Treatments, Personal Training, Adventure Activities, Classes.

The Rotating Shoe GIF competition is open from 21/09/2016 until 23/10/2016.

The Rotating Handbag GIF competition is open from 26/09/2016 until 28/10/2016.

To enter, visit the West Coast Cooler Facebook on the 21st of September for the Rotating Shoe GIF Competitions & on 11th of October for the Rotating Handbag GIF competition. To enter the GIF competitions, you need to screengrab your favourite pair of shoes and/or handbag. Then share that screengrab in the comments section of the post to be in with a chance to win.

Competition winners will be chosen at random from entries. A person can enter the competition as many times as they like. The winner’s entry shall be used as content on www.WestCoastCooler.ie and its social channels. The winner will be informed (using the details submitted at time of entry into the promotion) as soon as practical after the winners are chosen. If a winner is not contactable or does not respond to attempts to notify them within 48 hours, the Promoter will disqualify that winner and contact a reserve entrant.

There will be one competition winner for the Rotating Shoe Gif competition and one winner for the Rotating Bag Gif competition. Each winner will win a €100 voucher for shoes.

You are prohibited from creating an entry in any fraudulent or inappropriate means to any West Coast Cooler competition, including, but not limited to, offering prizes or other inducements to members of the public, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Use of any script, macro, or automated system to create tables is prohibited and tables created using any such system may be treated as void.

The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an individual it considers to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify an individual if he or she submits material that West Coast Cooler deems inappropriate.

Irish Distillers Ltd accepts no liability or damages for any injury, illness or damage caused to entrants including winners, by any participants in the promotion, or the consequence of any actions taken by any participants in the promotion.

By entering the promotion you agree to receive communications from the sponsor. All communications will include an opt out option.

The winners’ prize is at the sponsor’s discretion as to whether the prize delivery / event can be rescheduled.

All winners agree to take part in publicity relating to the competition including, but not limited to, photo shoots and interviews. As part of the competition prize the winners will be required to have their content shared on West Coast Cooler digital channels. All publicity materials arising from these will be the sole property of the sponsor and can be used in all media channels.

There is no cash alternative to the prize. If, due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize becomes unavailable the sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.

Prizes are non-transferable.

Timings and specifics of prize details are subject to change at sponsor’s discretion.

The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion.

Neither the sponsor, nor its affiliates, is responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to the promotion; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or other technical issues.

No correspondence will be entered into, unless at the discretion of the sponsor, and the sponsors decision will be regarded as final.

No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Data will be kept for no longer than is necessary for the primary purpose for which it was obtained.

Data will be retained for any period required by law.

Some Data that is not otherwise subject to retention for normal reasons may need to be retained because of circumstances such as litigation or government investigation.
